What happens to the details you send us

What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, the services you ticked and anything you write in the message box. If you call or email us instead, we have whatever you tell us there.
The site does not run analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking.
What we use it for
To call or email you back, to look at the property, to give you a price and, if you go ahead, to schedule and do the work. That is all.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. The form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, an email forwarding service, and our email is held by our email provider. Neither uses it for anything else on our behalf.
The map at the bottom of each page is provided by Google Maps, and it only loads if you click “Show the map”. From then on Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies under Google’s privacy policy.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, so there is nothing to accept or decline. Your browser keeps one small note (in its session storage, not a cookie) for the length of your visit, so the opening animation plays only once; it is gone when you close the tab. The only cookies that can appear come from Google, and only after you choose to open the map.
How long we keep it
Requests that don’t turn into a job are deleted within a year. For customers, we keep the contact details and job records we need for the warranty and for our own business records.
