We cut, edge and clear the whole property on a schedule you can set your watch by, then blow off the drive and shut the gate behind us. We price it on the measured square footage of the property, and you get the figure the same day you ask.
Most Charleston lawns want a weekly cut from March through October and every two weeks once the growth slows. If you are not sure which yours is, give us the address and we will tell you what the property needs rather than what sells a bigger plan.

The area gets measured rather than guessed at from the size of the house. The number climbs with the property and with nothing else after the fact.
Weekly is the baseline. Longer between cuts means taller grass and slower work, so the per-visit price goes up even as the monthly total comes down.
Whatever the mix, you get one figure before the first visit, and it stays that figure unless you change what you asked for.

Weekly from March through October, then every two weeks through the cool months. Warm season grasses here put on most of their growth in the heat. Stretch a weekly lawn to a fortnight in June and you are paying someone to cut hay.
Yes. A partial job is priced below the whole property, down to a minimum, because the drive out costs the same either way.
The grass slows and the schedule slows with it. Most customers drop to every two weeks or monthly through the cool months, then go back up in March.
Not a problem, but it changes the price. A gate that only takes a push mower makes the back yard take around a third longer, so we ask about it before quoting rather than after.
Stripes running the same line as the last visit, bed edges cut clean, no clippings on the concrete, gate latched. If you get home and cannot tell where the truck was parked, that is the job done right.
Lawn maintenance is priced on frequency more than anything else. A weekly cut through the growing season is four or five visits a month; every two weeks is two or three. Per visit, every-two-weeks costs a little more because the grass is taller, but the monthly total lands lower. We will give you both numbers so you can pick, rather than quoting whichever suits us.
Send the address and roughly what you want cut. You get the figure the same day, before anyone drives out to look at it.
